MANUAL Carry/Incubation Tube P/C#: IM93357 Each Carry/Incubation Tube is reusable. It comes complete with a removable top, high impact clear plastic body and a clear bottom viewing panel. This product is for manual testing without the Incubator/AutoAnalyzer or a lab incubator. It allows the sample be incubated safely by body heat. Carry Tube Instructions Overview: Remove the black plastic cap of the Carry/Incubation Tube. Place the newly started biologic ampoule in the Carry/Incubation Tube. Replace the removable plastic cap onto the tube. Look at the bottom end of the Carry/Incubation Tube to determine the test start color. Put the carry/Incubation Tube in any 95 degree F environment. Shirt or Pants pockets are good. Periodically(hourly) examine the Carry/Incubation tube for the required test color change (see ampoule instruction card). Obtain test results from Biologic Ampoule Instruction card.

Sample Pretreatment Buffer for Chemically Treated Samples P/C#: IM95507 Use the Sample Pretreatment Buffer to enhance sample recovery rates. Each vial contains enough for 30 tests. Contents: Powder Vial - 5 gms Dosing Spoon - 1 Pretreatment Instructions Overview: Put 1 dose of Buffer in Ampoule Snapping Cup. Mix into sample. Let sit 15 minutes. Run Biologic Test Ampoule as normal.
