Sterile Sponge - 1
Sponge Rinse Container - 1
Buffered Rinse Solution - 50 ml
Sterile Glove - 1
Carry Tube Instructions Overview:
  1. Select 144 square inch area to wipe.
  2. Put sterile glove on wiping hand.
  3. Moisten Sterile sponge with rinse solution and wipe
    sample area
  4. Put sponge into Rinse container and pour Rinse
    Solution into Rinse container.
  5. Close Lid &Shake Rinse container vigorously for 30
    seconds.
  6. Pour Rinse container contents into Ampoule Snap
    Cup.
  7. Run Biologic Test Ampoule as normal

Buffered Rinse Solution - 50 ml
Sterile Glove - 1

SAMPLER Instructions Overview:

  1. Put sterile glove on wiping hand.
  2. Select item to be sampled and extract sample with gloved hand.
  3. Put sample into Sterile Rinse /Wash Bag.
  4. Pour Rinse Solution into Rinse/Wash Bag and
    close.
  5. Shake Rinse/Wash Bag vigorously for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour Rinse Bag contents into Ampoule Snap Cup.
  7. Run Biologic Test Ampoule as normal.
