IME will accept purchase orders via FAX or US Mail. It is best
to fill out the enclosed order form, or use it as a guide, for
the required information. To order a product, be sure to use the
assigned product codes. For pricing please call the IME Customer
Service Center.
BLANKET ORDERS: Blanket orders
will be accepted. Such orders must be written and irrevocable.
IME reserves the right to cancel blanket orders for late or non-payment
or other cause.
DISCOUNTS: The products in
this catalog can be purchased at a discounted price. Volume discounts
will be granted to customers in good standing. Irrevocable Blanket
purchase orders of 6 months or less will qualify for sales discounts.

The company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel sales
discounts without advance notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All prices
are listed as FOB Eldersburg, MD, unless specifically quoted otherwise.
IME reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Open account payment terms are net 30 days. Initial purchase orders
are to be a check in advance or COD. Buyer is responsible for
all COD charges.
PRIVATE LABEL: For customers
desiring to purchase private label or custom designed product,
contact the IME Customer Service Center.
WARRANTY: IME warrants its
products against manufacturing defect for the stated shelf life
of the product. This warranty does not apply to misuse of the
product, or delayed notification (within 5 days of observed problem).
IME does not warrant for damages resulting from the use or misuse
of test results. IME does not warrant other manufacturers
products used in its products.
RETURNS/CREDIT: If a customer
desires to return a product for credit, IMEs Customer Service
Dept. must be contacted first for approval. At that time, the
original date of sale and/or invoice # will be necessary, along
with an explanation of the reason for product return. Restocking
charges may apply. All return credits are subject to a product
inspection by IME. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
SHIPPING DAMAGE/CLAIMS: If
a product has been received damaged, IMEs Customer Service
must be notified within 10 days of receipt. Do not return materials
without proper authorization, as you could preempt shipper insurance
coverage or IME warrantee conditions.
