Micro Inspector

The IME.TEST™- Micro Inspector is a unique packaging format which completely encases the IME.TEST™ glass test ampoule in a protective plastic casing. There is virtually no operator exposure to glass chips, ampoule breakage, test reagents and/or test solutions or cultures. Ampoule snapping has been reduced to a simple push down. The IME.TEST™- Micro Inspector casing also serves as the water sampling container and later as the incubation vial for biologic tests. It can also be used as a sample mailing or storage container. This test format is designed to be a one test (use) package. IME.TEST™- Micro Inspector is 6” high with diameter of 1.4”.

Each kit comes complete ready to run the test. The IME.TEST™- Micro Inspector is ideal for applications such as rough or dirty field test conditions or inexperienced test operators.

USING as SAMPLER: If the IME.Test™ Ampoule is kept at a cool temperature, Biological growth will be delayed until the sample is brought to a proper incubation temperature. This feature can be used to take a sample at site, provide preliminary results at the site and confirmation at the lab. Or, if an abnormal result is observed, the IME.Test™ Ampoule contents can be used for additional analysis (Biological or Chemical).

OPERATION STEPS

Remove the Locking Plug and remove the Sample Cup. Fill the Sample Cup until the water runs out of the hole.
Place an IME.TestTM Ampoule tip down into the Sample/Snapping tube filled sample water and align tip of Ampoule with the tip breaker and push down to break the ampoule tip. The IME.TestTM Ampoule will automatically fill with the sample water.
Realign the Plug holes and pour out excess water. Replace the Locking Plug.
Periodically compare the ampoule color to the color chart.
