IME.Test™ - KOOL KOUNT Assayer Family of TESTS for Total Viable Aerobic Microbes RESULTS in HOURS not Days after Sampling The IME.TEST™ - Kool Kount Assayer (KKA) is a direct reading (cfu), self contained, Total Viable Aerobic Microbe field test product. This TTC/TSB biochemistry product is available in several different biochemistry concentrations to help optimize microbial assessment. The easy-to-use tester can assay both microbial activity and/or microbial presence concentration levels in aqueous samples. User friendly use accessory sterile sample kits allow KKA to be used for non-aqueous samples such as soils, foods, objects and surfaces. KKA may be run manually by observing a color change (yellow to orange) or automatically with a low cost analyzer (Incubator/AutoAnalyzer- ). Measurable sample concentration levels without dilution are 10(1) to 10(8) cfu/ml. High microbial concentration results are available in as little as 1/2 hour. Every KKA retains a test sample which can be further analyzed in the laboratory if necessary. The patented ampoule tester maximizes test operator safety and eliminates field test error. Tests can be purchased in boxes of 30 or individually (Micro Inspector). KKA comes complete with required support components except for the incubation device.
