How The Test Reaction Works Box of 30 Ampoules includes: Sample Cup Ampoule Safety Boots Sample ID Labels Result Chart New Ampoule As it comes out of the box. Filled Ampoule at Start Start color normally pale yellow. End of Test Ampoule Charges color to indicate positive end of test. Running The Test Remove a new ampoule from the box. Extract 50ml of sample and follow the "How Does the Water Get Into Ampoule" picture sequence. Note the start color, usually yellow. Put the ampoule in the plastic incubator tube or the incubator/AutoAnalyzer. Periodically, examine ampoule for end of the test color change (manual test). When color change is noted, record the elapsed time from the test start and go to test results chart that came in ampoule box. For automated test, (incubator/AutoAnalyzer), put filled ampoule into the analyzer and read results when the test is done. BACK NEXT PAGE
