For the past 15 years, IME’s principal business has been supplying private labeled water testing equipment for various industrial accounts and government agencies.

During the course of these years of making products to other organization’s specifications, a substantial number of new inventions have been developed by IME, Inc. The most notable of these inventions has been the IME.Test™ reagent ampoules.

Used initially to provide long shelf life, rapid reacting, and one step chemical testing for field applications, the IME.Test™ ampoule system has been expanded to biological measurements (KOOL KOUNT ASSAYER).

KOOL KOUNT ASSAYER (Total Microbe) is a product which has been jointly developed by IME and George Mason University. This new product was designed to provide the operators of Cooling Towers with a rapid measurement field tester which would warn of impending out of control conditions. As this product has been introduced, we have received many inquires about direct purchase and/or non-Cooling Tower applications which the KOOL KOUNT ASSAYER (Total Microbe) can be used for. The very large and broadening market demand for this product has made it necessary for IME to offer this product on a direct sale basis.

As KOOL KOUNT ASSAYER (Total Microbe) is now being offered on a direct sale basis, many inquiries from our new direct sale customers have asked IME about some of the other 1000+ water products made or supplied by this company.
